Events

Corporate Members are businesses or corporations registered in South Korea. They can propose items and exercise voting rights through a designated representative. However, they must pay annual and other fees to exercise their rights. A corporate member may transfer voting rights to another corporate member through written approval (by an agent or legal representative), which must be submitted to the president before the general meeting starts. A corporate member may hold up to five transferred voting rights.

Overseas Members are given membership if they are businesses or corporations not registered in South Korea. They have access to all services provided by the Turkish Chamber of Commerce in Korea but cannot be elected as a chairperson of a committee or as a member of other bodies of the Chamber (e.g., board of directors or advisory committee). Overseas members may exercise their voting rights by delegating proxy to other members.
